Is TrophyShelf really free?
Yes. Your shelves, reading stats and every trophy you unlock are free, forever. The Trophy Club is only for shipping physical trophies.
Do I need the Trophy Club to unlock trophies?
No. Reading unlocks trophies for everyone. A token from the Trophy Club ships the real one to your door.
Can I buy a trophy I haven’t unlocked?
No. Trophies are earned by reading. Once you unlock one, you can bring it home with a token. Most trophies can also be bought from your trophy cabinet in the app; the ones marked Members only come home with a token alone.
When do trophies ship?
Three times a year. Every trophy you choose during a season ships together, so one envelope brings them all.
Can I change my mind after choosing a trophy?
No. Every trophy is made to order from the season’s requests, so once you choose one, that choice is final. Need to fix your address? Write to info@thebookclubb.com.
What happens to tokens I don’t use?
Tokens are valid for 12 months, so you can save them for the trophies you love most.
How do I earn a token by buying books?
Every 5 books you buy at The BookClub Boutique earn you one token. Use the same email in TrophyShelf and it appears in your account.
I live in the United States. Which club should I choose?
Trophy Club USA. Its price includes shipping and import duties, and it ships to the US and Canada.
